Grayline Limousine Refund & Cancellation Policy

Grayline Limousine is not responsible for any cancellation or delay due to extraordinary traveling conditions, such as mechanical problems. In the event of mechanichal problems, we reserve the right to substitute a similar vehicle of equal value or refund the difference. Sun roof will stay closed while limo is moving. Clients will be held liable for any vandalism, negligence or drunkness. All balances must be paid 1 week prior to event.

All deposits made towards your limousine reservation(s) are non-refundable. However, if you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, you will be able to use your deposit towards any future booking within one year of the original booking date. For airport and point to point transfers, all "no shows" are non-refundable.
